- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Well, I started out gaming. And one thing lead to another. And now I am fixing and upgrading computer gaming systems. Its amazing what can be done with computers these days. Not only that look at the movie avatar! That took terabytes of video compiling and creation to actually become what it is.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My most common type of job, well that would be fixing other peoples mistakes. Sometimes its easy, and sometimes it entails more than the person had bargained for and the person comes to me to fix it.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Advice that I have to give to the customer is, be careful, a lot of companies are charging outrageous rates and are doing mediocre services. Every service of a computer that I do includes; clean up of dust / debris analyze defragmentation on drive install of preventative virus/ mal-ware software (free software that many aren't actually knowledgeable about) Offering of preventative measures to help you ensure a longer life of your computer if necessary so that you don't have to spend more fixing your computer in the long run!
