- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is different but in most cases Invoices must be paid in full before we can ship final product(s) to customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I collect info from client on project and collect any digital files. Based on file prep requirements and the clients timeline needs and can offer an estimate for the project. Depending on the scale of the project I may request 50% up front and 50% at completion. I take progress photos to show client during my process. Feedback is always welcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always learning: In the field as well as college level courses for all computer based skills in graphic design, CAD, typography etc + formal woodcarving apprenticeship at a furniture company. I love the learning process!
