Well as you can tell by all the reviews below - Don and Stacy are amazing. We initially set out to hire a caterer to just do appetizers for our wedding at Triple S Ranch in November. We were serving Paella for our main course but did not have anything to serve during cocktail hour. We went for a tasting at their kitchen and were blown away by the food. Don makes his own buratta... it is SO good. THEN when we realized we were also going to need to hire staff to bus tables etc. Stacy and Don came to the rescue again. They and their staff stayed for the entire event even though they only catered the cocktail hour. We also ended up hiring them to do Pizza at our rehearsal dinner and to cater our farewell brunch. All three meals were amazing - people are still talking about the food and how wonderful Stacy and Don were.

Jessica has been to my home one time so far to work with my 14 yr old daughter on various baking & cooking skills. My daughter loves her! She is not only knowledgeable but also can teach & engage in a manner that is age appropriate. We cannot wait for the next lesson!
Chef Alejandra recently catered a wine tasting for 40 people for us in SF. Under less than ideal conditions (crowded room, minimal equipment and high guest expectations) she delivered wave after wave of delicious and perfectly paired food. She was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, and I would recommend her and her team without hesitation. Excellent value!
Chef Faye just helped cater my non-profit's annual fundraiser. She did an amazing job making it family friendly and delicious. From the beginning she was helpful and accommodating to our organizations needs and as we were all new to hiring caterers she was gracious in asking the right questions and was just on top of everything. It took a few months for us to plan out all the logistics, but she was patient and so helpful! I would definitely recommend Chef Faye for any of your future parities!
Chef John was great. He came for my daughter's 10th birthday and showed 6 girls how to make and decorate cake pops. He brought all the ingredients making it super easy for me and two hours of fun for the girls. He was friendly and fun, really a great hire. Thanks Chef John!

Many of my food come from local farms or my own backyard. I can prepare simple foods like spring rolls, pizzas, and fruit pastries to something more exotic like a braised leg of lamb or freshly made cannelloni. I am well organized and tidy. If you have a knife that needs sharpening or a cutting board that needs oiling, I will do it free of charge. I can give upfront estimates on grocery costs, and have a lot of experience with buying and growing food. I can work with special dietary needs and all types of cuisines. I will sit down with you one-on-one or by email to discuss the types of foods you want. I will give you an example menu the week before, and I am flexible with daily changes.
