She was really good. Helped organize my garage and the bedroom closets very quickly. Realistic price ! Will definitely call again if I need organizing,Jan 4, 2018
Jackie is a lovely person who clearly loves dogs. She was very responsive and professional. My two 4 year old rescues, unfortunately, have some pretty specific needs that I will have to work on with a different approach.Dec 6, 2017
Jackie is a fantastic trainer. from day 1, the dogs were on board, focused, and getting it! Awesome!Aug 13, 2017Verified
JaxWilde helped us greatly with Buddy. Taught us a lot about handleing and training. Buddy adapted well with the comands she provided us with in training. We would recommend her for your trainings needs.Aug 10, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Right now, I am offering a session of training (usually about an hour) for $35. Walking dogs and general care is $25/hr. Organizing $35/hr.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I go to the home of the customer and meet them and the dog (or cat), or look at what they want to work on organizationally, and listen to what their concerns are. I ask questions to discover what they want for the time I would be putting in. If it is walking and/or caring for the animal, I determine what they want and get a tour of their house and yard. If it is training that they want, I give them an overview or how I work, what would be required of them, and then we see if we are a match. If it is organization, they show and tell me what they have and what they want done, and we start a dialogue about it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am an avid reader of dog books and I continue to work with Dominic Kavanaugh, the owner of Citizen Canine, a master trainer to whom I apprenticed myself for three years, and who I still work with.
