Latest Review: After taking a hiatus from lifting, I started training with Jordan in January 2018. His guidance, structure and motivation was exactly what I needed to get me back into shape. Thanks to his hypertrophy and strength programs, and I've dropped 8% body fat in 6 months--all while adding lean mass.

Jordan is highly experienced and knowledgeable--not only from training clients for the past 10+ years--but from his own training as a hardcore competitive endurance athlete.
He finished a 99-mile bike race in Sonoma this May in 5:20 (and came in 1st), has multiple marathons, ultramarathons--and even Ironman--under his belt. What an inspiration!!
He also lifts, so his strength-focused clients benefit enormously from his wealth of expertise. Oh yeah, I've seen him bang out 20 dead hang pull ups under 60 seconds--with flawless form!

*He is a hardcore fitness geek with a science-based approach to training. He stays abreast with the latest strength and conditioning research, for your benefit (he's studying to be CSCS).
*He is dedicated to his clients. He is responsive whenever I have a question for him outside of training time. Schedule permitting, Jordan has so generously stayed "overtime" to wrap up my workout--even though I was his last client after a long day!
Jordan has gone private and I now train with him at Truve in downtown Oakland. He also trains clients 2 days a week in San Francisco.
