- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key! As new customers hire JMA Security it is important we began to work as a team immediately so that we can find solutions and provide the right security services which are required for the type of contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many companies will show their combined years of experience in which many mount to 10 to 15 years of experience. Jose M Albor (President) of JMA Security has been in the security industry for 18 years and has seen the industry change, and evolve as new technology becomes available. JMA's management team works hard in order for the company to offer all clients the best in the security industry and at the same time stay competitive in pricing.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
JMA Security is known for providing superior service for private events such as non profit events, corporate meetings, social events, weddings, quinceaneras & etc. Currently JMA Security has aquired many other contracts with in the health care industry, Construction industry, winery industry as well as government contracts.
