I medical transcription, speaker presentations, and anything that's recorded! When it comes to transcripts from presentations, one of the things I do that other transcriptionists do not do is, I also listen for items that can be pulled aside from blogs, chapters for e-books/physical books, checklists, and workbooks; in other words, I help clients leverage their time and efforts to monetize hidden products and/or programs from their recordings.
