Introduction: I focus on three pillars, Quality of Work, Cost Control, and Customer Service. I try to provide the highest quality of work, meaning I do not rush jobs and when it comes to replacement parts, I don't believe the cheapest part is the best part for the job. At the same time I watch the cost for resolving the issue and parts for replacement, and minding the motto the the 'customer is always right' in making sure your satisfaction comes first. I like helping others to solve technical issues. I feel that every time I work on an issue I learn a little something. So I continue to grow my knowledge each time I interact with a customer. For those repeat issues, it just means I have learned from the last time and should knock it out quickly, saving you time and money!

I am giving him 5 stars because my computer was so bad I could barely get it to boot up let alone get on the internet. My hard drive was full of add-ons, mal-wared, viruses; with nearly every command I was getting error messages; and it was taking up to 5 min to boot up or not do it at all. My computer was a piece of crashed trash. I called big box stores first, their repair prices were as much as a new hard drive, YIKES! Then I called this guy, Sean, he was GREAT. He not only fixed the computer but he taught me how not to make similar mistakes in the future. He also simplified my using it by taking off stuff that was already loaded on when I got it. He downloaded the memory from my old laptop computer to the one he repaired. His fees were very reasonable for the amount of repairs, rebuilding and education he did.. I Highly Recommend calling him first

I received an Apple TV as a Christmas present and needed help getting it working with my Mac Mini. Sean took the time to show me how the devices worked with each other, how to add and delete content, stream to multiple devices I already had, and how to enable additional content through the other apps. His prices were very reasonable, the quality of work was more than I expected. I would recomend Sean for setting up a system like this for anyone wanting to take advantage of all the aspects of the device.

Sean was quick to fix up my network problem and got everything working perfectly in only 1.5 hours. He appears to have extensive knowledge for networking and I am very happy with his work. The Geek Squad wanted to charge me am arm and a leg just for a a flat fee. I highly recommend Sean. If I need another computer tech again I will definitely call him first. :)

Sean knows what was wrong with my iMac and printer. He fixed the problem with the hour. Later that day my roommates computer would not connect to the WiFi so I emailed Sean and he called me and came over to fix the problem. I highly recommend Sean for your MAC or PC problems. He is 100% reliable!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU SEAN.

Absolutely excellent! Sean is a highly experienced, professional and courteous computer technician. He solved all problems with my iMac including dismantling, replacing the hard drive, reinstalling the current OS, and getting all data and programs back with Time machine.     No Complicated pricing, just a flat low rate!

    I have always had a great technical aptitude, and helping others is something I have always loved to do. So working with great people and technical issues goes hand in hand!

    Operating System Repair and Reinstall is the most common. I make sure apps and data are backed up and will then try the repair or the fresh install. Other common problems include, data recovery, wireless networking issues, some application support.
