- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straight forward. I give you a price for the job and that's it. No hidden costs after we start. The ONLY time the price changes is with add ons and we charge very little for those since we are already on the job. I do not haggle price since my price is always the best for the same product. I also do not mark up supplies instead I give you the same wholesale prices I pay so you have more money for your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come to the clients home and review the project with the client. We discuss all options and I come up with a plan of action. Next, I then send them a detailed estimate for the work we discussed. I NEVER take any payments until the project is ready to begin and then only a percentage of the total. I am NOT a pushy salesman, I am the company owner. I will not badger clients into doing the work and on occasion I will recommend other courses of action to save the client money. I will never take payment for completion until the client is 100% satisfied at the very end of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the cabinet business since 1984. I have done almost every type of cabinet and entertainment furniture. I attend trade shows where new products are brought out and learn how and where to use them. I trained employees for all of the time I have been in this business.
