Tom contacted me immediately and within a few days came to our house to cut cabinets to fit our new oven. He is professional and friendly. I would highly recommend him and will use him again in the future.
Not knowing what thumbtack was exactly, I put out a request for cabinet assembly/installation. Within a day I decided to use a former contractor for that work but Jose had responded quickly for the job. I noticed on his list of specialties that he also specialized in concrete so I asked him if he would bid on a patio project I had in mind. Not only was his bid 30% lower than two other licensed contractors, but he was willing to do extra work for just cost of materials. His level of communication was always good and timely, he always showed up at the time he promised, he accomplished his daily commitments and goals on time, his helpers were tenacious and diligent, he cleaned up the yard every day, he had a team of workers who each knew their required tasks at hand, everyone worked long hours until their duties were completed, and needless to say, the patio slab came out perfect as I can tell. I am a retired handyman and I have never seen a better performance at a job site. After the job was completed, Jose came back the next day to power wash the concrete and because I couldn't be available for the next couple of days, Jose waited patiently and trusted me to pay him his balance owed him when we could finally get together. Jose has obviously impressed me with his professional demeanor, sincerity in his desire to satisfy his customers, and conscientious strive for perfection. I found his work ethic second to none. I will use his service again in the future. I am a difficult person to please and many contractors have found me to be too demanding but with Jose he was always at least one step ahead of me. Jose knows concrete. Signed, Dan Ross
We had 21 IKEA cabinets that had to be assembled and installed. Robert and Tom did an awesome job! Besides being down to earth, they were also professional, on time, very thorough, and worked efficiently the entire time. They asked many questions along the way to make sure we were satisfied customers. So glad we found Robert's Assembly for this job. We would definitely use them again! The Shims
Sean modified and installed a kichen cabinet perfectly in an extremely snug area . he is methodical about how he starts a job and I would strongly recommend him. Sean is also a terrific person!
Excellent customer service. I liked everything but the way the cabinets looked after the installation of the dishwasher it just didn't look professional. Everything else I liked.
Mike was outstanding! Not only did he do a great job installing my exterior door but he also installed my Ikea kitchen cabinets! Mike has many skills and is a reliable solid guy! It's been a pleasure working with him and he'll be my go-to person for all future door, window, cabinet projects!
We had a great experience having John install our front door. He was very professional, arrived on time and had great attention to detail. John also had great communication with us prior to the install which made it easy to schedule. His pricing was very competitive and we will be hiring him for future work we need done.
I didn't want the hassle of going to different stores to look for cabinets. I came across Home Solutions Remodeling on the internet. Home Solutions Remodeling comes to your house with lots of different samples of kitchen cabinets for you to look at. It's very convenient and stress free. After Don snd I discussed my kitchen needs, Don drew a layout of my kitchen with the cabinets we had talked about, including an island. Don really knows what he's doing. The cabinets came to my house in 3 weeks and Don and his crew installed the cabinets in 2 days. The remodel went accordingly. No hiccups. I love my new cabinets. Thanks Don.
Jim has done so much work at my house! He replaced my brick fireplace with stacked stone and a custom made mantle. It looks amazing. Then he put crown moulding up, even on the kitchen cabinets. He modified the kitchen cabinets so they could hold glass inserts, installed a wine fridge, backsplash, and custom wood counter. All of his work was perfect! I can't wait to get him back to remodel my guest bathroom. I saw one he did and it looks like it's right out of a magazine.
Edgewood remodeling get a great job on many projects I had done at the same time. They installed my hardwood floors, remodeled two bathrooms, and custom made my kitchen cabinets. Mario and his crew were very professional and patient with me and my constant changes. What a beautiful job.
Enjoyed working with Thomas from the original plans, revisions and installation. The cabinet from plans to installation was completed on time and on budget, which is unusual in today environment. Thomas came back after 2 weeks to make sure that all was conforming with what he had promised and to make a few adjustments that were needed to the cabinet doors after all had settled. I would hire Thomas and his "INNOVATIVE" company again for any future cabinet needs. Thank you Thomas; we need more of your type of company and work!!!
I had a great experience, I hired him to drill handles into cabinets and needed the job completed in a short amount of time. Tai completed the job, was on time and exceeded the expectations in that he was able to correct some hinge problems along with the job. I highly recommend him.
Pedro did an amazing job w/ all of our tile work: he completed two bathrooms, and rebuilt our fireplace. He was very reliable, professional, provides high quality work/service, and fast...we also hired him to help with some custom cabinet/shelf painting, and that also turned out beautifully. We would definitely recommend him (and will probably use him again!)
We wanted to get crown molding installed along with a trayed ceiling. Although none of the contractors knew exactly what we wanted, Frank worked with us to turn the image in our mind into reality. He got the job because, as a general contractor, he has the skill, manpower and equipment available to do multiple jobs like electrical work and cabinet work (our job also involved drywall and painting work). So, although the project started as a simple crown molding job, we got a lot of other things taken care of. Franks and his crew was very friendly and professional. They were very responsive to our requests and worked to make us happy. For example, we wanted to have Plexiglas installed in a cabinet door. After he did this (in his shop) he didn't think that we would like the result, so he installed a dark glass panel instead. We were very pleased with the result. In fact, we were so pleased that we are hiring them again for another job. I highly recommend Ruiz Construction Co.
Steve was excellent to work with and very knowledgeable about installing my IKEA sektion cabinets and making it work in my space. Everything came out great and would highly recommended him for kitchen cabinet installs. He added some custom work to the cabinets that made them more sturdy than the way IKEA would have installed.
Sergio met with me regarding my project and then provided me with detailed drawings and a bid. His price was reasonable and his crew was polite and efficient. He also gave me ideas that I hadn't thought of such as how to add lights to my cabinet. I have worked with another cabinet maker before but I always had to have the cabinets painted on site. But Sergio delivered my cabinets already beautifully painted and ready to install. I love my new library corner in my bedroom!
I'm glad I made the choice to pick Caraways Cabinets, they did quality work, very professional and clean. 100%
Y9 Construction had really nice cabinets readily available at decent price range and installed our kitchen project quickly and took care of all the little things that made our project end with great looking results.
Doors & Cabinets by Archie is a small shop in Escondido that does beautiful work. Archie is the designer and Israel is the master craftsman. We hired Archie to help us with a plan to replace our old oak built-in cabinets in six areas, the kitchen, laundry room, bar, linen storage, and two bathrooms. Three of these had extensive granite counter tops and backsplash areas. Archie advised that we re-veneer these areas so as to retain the granite features and install new doors and drawers. The laundry room and bathrooms we decided could have new cabinets, which Archie helped us specify and that he would install. We ordered the cabinets from Lowes and, with a sample of the color and style, Archie ordered parts for the cabinets to be refaced and Israel exactly matched the stain and finish. Israel’s finish on the refaced cabinets we retained looks really great. He did a precision job of installing, leveling, and aligning the new cabinets. You can hardly tell the difference in the refaced and the new cabinets, in fact the refaced ones actually look better in fit and finish. Both Archie and Israel had great attitudes and were very accommodating during the upgrade process. They made recommendations on little detail improvements and were good at problem solving with difficult existing areas. Customer satisfaction is their prime goal and they are extremely quick at responses to follow up. We are very happy with their work and highly recommend them. Rod and Karen Hiddleston
Idel Designs recently completed the demo, design and installation of new cabinets and quartz countertops for my family. This is the third project I have used them on. Their work is outstanding. Pricing is fair; service hard to beat. They beat their own schedule, were flexible to our needs, included some extras at no charge, and have a professional and friendly staff. They completed my punchlist, then made their own punchlist as well! The kitchen looks fantastic.. I am a contractor, as well as Interior Designer, so I understand what excellent work is. You will not be disappointed if you use Idel Designs.
I'll start with the good. The guys who arrived to do the work--3 cabinet/counter installs, 3 lighting installs, 3 toilets, 2 new floors, 3 paint colors--were all good men, with the primary contractor being exceptional (Javi, I believe). Communication was an issue at times, but we worked around it as best we could. Work ethic was strong, they were respectful and careful, even when I requested touch up after touch up. And, when I decided last minute to have the showers painted, they called a friend and worked around him. The items selected all came from the Pykles showroom, and with my budget constraints, I didn't have much choice, but what we got is still very nice. We went a tiny bit over budget once I realized brushed nickel fixtures weren't included, but they found them for me to save me having to buy them myself and made sure I got all the counters I wanted. Quality of workmanship and products is high. And my baths look amazing! Now, the bad. I'm not sure how it happened, but somehow the cabinets that arrived for my 3 baths were not the right ones, so we were off to a bad start on the first day. We had one that was the right size, but the drawers were on the wrong side for the plumbing, so we had to make adjustments. They told me they would be installed on Tuesday, then Wednesday, but they didn't actually install the other two until Friday and the last one on Saturday (I at least had one toilet and one shower the whole time tho--whew!). That whole ordeal set us back almost two days, so what was originally going to be a 4-day install took 5.5 :( The last day, Saturday, was a scramble to get them done quickly enough to make it to another job, and there was a miscommunication with the crew chief, but we worked it out, apologies all around. The chief came back later in the day to take care of a few quick things, and he'll be back later to handle the absolute last thing--a soap dish that couldn't be mounted without damaging the new shower paint. I appreciated the extra concern. I've never had a contractor show up when they say in the morning, leave when they say in the evening, or finish as planned, and these guys struggled with that a bit too. I give 4-4.5 stars because of the miscommunications and minor delays in what was otherwise a good remodel.
