Introduction: Hello there, I'm Chef Monique!
With a degree in Culinary Arts and over 10 years of experience, I’ve worked for fine dining restaurants, catering, instructing culinary classes and as a private chef in South America, Boston and now in the Bay Area.
Today, I share my experience and food memories by working as a Personal Chef, offering several services for you to taste my food or learn how to cook yours!
I strongly believe in living a balanced life, where eating well and healthy is essential. Although I’m not always necessarily cooking from a specific diet and will adapt to my client's desires, I’m inclined to cooking food that I believe is fresh, vibrant and good for you, giving it my Brazilian twist to make it extremely tasty.
I cook only with organic and locally sourced ingredients, creating customized meals based on your personal food preferences or restrictions, such as Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Paleo, Keto and others.
