Jaime helped me get in shape for my wedding. She helped me lose inches in my problem areas and I lost 20 lbs. I was amazed by the results. Jaime is super knowledgeable and great at what she does. I would highly recommend hiring her as your personal trainer.

I have been working with Jaime on and off for about 3 years. Even when I was not regularly training with her she kept tabs on me and my health. Jaime goes above and beyond the call of duty for her clients. She not only helps set attainable goals for my fitness but helps me have short and long term life goals, nutrition goals, financial goals and keeps checking in with me. Jaime makes sure you are feeling successful and takes into account any pains and aches you may have while still challenging you to be your best self. I would recommend Jaime to anyone after seeing her work ethic as well as being proof with huge changes in my body and fitness level.

    I attend a personal training conferences and professional development conferences throughout the year.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I turned to fitness to get me through a hard time in my life and I loved seeing how it helped me get through my rough time. I realized how powerful exercise can be. I have always wanted to help people and what better way than to help them through exercise!

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    I have a client who has trained with me on and off for a few years. During her time not training with me, she had gained a lot of weight. So now we are working on her losing that weight. I am very proud of her dedication and hard work. We set a goal of losing 15lbs in 3 months and she did it! Now onto the next 10-15 pounds!
