Introduction: We provide teen and family counseling and support groups to help you with the following: * Understand why your teen is struggling and how you can help * Develop a plan that involves multiple avenues of support * Gain clear communication with your teen * Feel relief knowing that your teen is getting support for the issues he or she faces today The teen years are the hardest for everyone! It can be difficult to know how to respond to your changing child and the new challenges they face. If you are worried about your teen’s chronic sadness, anxiety, low self-esteem or struggles with peers, or you think your child may be abusing drugs or is involved with self-injury behavior, it is important to address these issues right away!
