We had to replace the wood on the back of our house because it was rotting. The recommendations David gave us using something better and price was resonable. He even recommended an outstanding house painter, we love what David's team did. Our house looks brand new. We live across from a park, we now have people tell us how great our house looks! It all started with some flicker of lights in my room and bathroom, I'm not very knowledgeable of electrical systems, and I had a local contractor perform the repairs at a high cost, the company explain how I should upgrade my whole electrical box system however the price quoted seem quite high. I discover David Kennedy here on thumbtack, I told him over the phone about my current situation. Within an hour he was over looking at my electrical box. He explain the issues with my type of fuses and noticed how my hot tub wiring was a tripping hazard as well. He quoted me a very good price and replace my electrical box and rewired my hot tub wiring eliminating my tripping hazard. David's team did an outstanding job, which included the required permits, contacting PG&E and informing me of his progress. If you need electrical work done around your house, this is the man to contact. Thank you David Kennedy and your crew!
