FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To take the anxiety out of this, we take into consideration travel, and quote a flat rate after that. Most clients just see the shooters for a few hours maybe, but often overlooked is the hours of post production work that goes into a group of photos or video. We prefer this method as it usually makes our clients feel at ease, and no ticking clock in the back of your mind getting in the way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is rule number one. Depending on the type of shoot, we might have more artistic freedom with one over the other. Understanding what the client has in mind, offering suggestions if needed, and perhaps educating someone on the process so they might have a better understanding of what helps us achieve desired results.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As earlier lines of work brought the two of us in front of the camera, intrigue and passion led us behind it as well. We have an affinity for getting the best out of any shoot, through patience, and experience.
