Sage Hollow Yoga Therapy

Introduction: As a yoga teacher and therapist, I provide real people with real bodies real yoga. I provide both private yoga therapy, as well as famous group yoga and therapeutic classes. I am a certified ASM yoga therapist, an International Association of Yoga Therapists and Himalayan Institute member, and a registered yoga instructor at the 500-hour degree. I'm also accredited as a prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher. I have had specialized trainings with the Arthritis Foundation and Multiple Sclerosis Society. I also have ongoing doula training (birth coaching – lay midwifery) and Reiki training, and I am CPR certified.
