What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is very simple. We inspect the job, take photos, make notes, place the project online so the homeowner can add their ideas and collaborate from the beginning. We price on a time and material basis and prepare estimates for approval prior to doing any work. The homeowner is always in charge of the budget. We work around these known variables.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We use the latest technology available to us through the web portals and project management. We have regular continuing product training in Pasadena sponsored by manufacturers who keep us up to date with the latest energy efficient materials.
