I offer price breaks for purchasing packages of 12+ sessions
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet with a new client I take the first session to do a goal mapping session, a movement assessment, and short workout. From there we come up with some S.M.A.R.T goals and action plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a NASM-CPT and a SUF-CPT. I’m also in an ongoing mentorship that connects me to other professionals in the health and fitness field.
