- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule same day appointments or we can schedule for a future day/time if needed. Once you're scheduled you will get regular updates from our dispatcher throughout the day. Once our tech is 30 minutes away our dispatcher will let you know via a phone call or text (whichever you prefer). Our technician will diagnose the problem, communicate with you possible solutions and then if approved by you, the technician will start the work. Our $69.95 fee will be waived if you go with any of the offered solutions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
RR Electric, Heating & Air is a licensed electrical, heating, air conditioning and plumbing company. This means that we uphold high industry standards to remain licensed. All of our technicians are experienced in their respective fields with years of field experience and knowledge. We constantly train our technicians 1-2 times per week on both technical and our processes to best serve you in your home.
