Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Temporary Transformations has an extensive rental inventory of Designer Staging Accessories. Because we own these items we are able to offer very affordable Designer Staging packages to our clients. When my clients see their homes for the first time after I am done staging and they scream as they enter every room and say "I can't believe this is my house!" That is what I LOVE most about my job!

I used Patricia Reid of Temporary Transformations to stage a listing I had in Studio City that was listed at $2,499,000. She was awesome--so professional. She staged the entire house, 4,798 sq. ft. with exquisite taste. The home sold in 4 days and I attribute that to her incredible staging. I will definitely use her again and again. She has a keen eye and staged the home so that it will appeal to all buyers. Thanks so much Patty.

Patricia did a fantastic job in staging our house in Tallowberry. Our house looked amazing. I can't believed it was the same house. Before staging, our house was in the market for 2 weeks without any offers. As soon as I got it staged by Patty, we got multiple offers and sold after one day. Patty is so easy to work with. She is very professional and SUPER nice!!!

Patti staged our house for sale. She was amazing. Will use again. The added value vs the cost is 10 fold. She did such a good job, i almost changed my mind on selling.

We hired Patricia to stage our $3900 sqft home in Moorpark. Patricia proved to be excellent at what she does. With her passion and professionalism, in a very short amount of time she transformed our house so brilliantly and gave it such a sleek warm modern contemporary look that everyone that walks in the door falls in love with the decoration of every room. She listens very well and understands the expectation to come up with alternative recommendations. Her goal is to bring out the best of the home and making sure it will appeal to anyone that's a potential buyer. We're very pleased with the work she has done at an incredibly reasonable price. Would recommend her to anyone that need to sell their home quick.
Home Staging

FAQs

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently staged a home that had some furniture in it but the secondary bedrooms were empty and appeared very small. The listing agent believed that this was the reason the home was not selling. The first people who saw the house after I was done staging it, bought it!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There are a lot of stagers out there. Most have websites filled with pictures of beautifully staged rooms. Few have pictures of what the room looked like before they staged it. Interior Design is easier than Staging. When you are hired as an Interior Designer, you start with a blank slate. You can paint the walls any color you wish, you can lay your choice of flooring and you can purchase the perfect pieces of furniture that tie all these things together. As a stager you usually have to design around what is already there. So when you can see what a stager had to start with and what they ended up with, then you will see how talented they really are. Make sure they have BEFORE pictures, not just the afters. You can view all my Before & After photos on my website.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

You know that "I want to live here!" feeling you get when you tour a model home, that is how you want prospective buyers to feel about your home. It creates instantaneous interest in your property above and beyond other properties that prospective buyers will see. That is what sells your home faster and for more money. THAT is exactly what staging does. It makes a huge difference for such a small investment.
