I had previously started my concrete ideas and job planning with a different individual. This person unfortunately let me down in a major way. So I was basically in the middle when I reached out to Scott at Custom Creations. Scott was extremely responsive getting back to me quickly then shortly after showing up to my house to give me a quote on my job needs. The price was in line with other similar companies and ultimately cheaper. Honestly, my Wife and I are not designers and really are not savvy when it comes to construction. So Scott really had to take the reigns on listening to our wants and then implementing them so that the job was functional but also beautiful. I think from when we first talked my job was fully completed in roughly a two to three week time table. While many other contractors weren't able to get me scheduled in a timely manor and others would not even get back to me period. Having such a big "life uprooting" job completed in such a quick turnaround was something that was really appreciated. Scott's communication skills were exceptional. He talked me through everything as we planned. My wife and I have early and late hours at work so it was reassuring to have this fluidity with Scott. I can't recommend Custom Creations enough! I firmly believe on passing on good people to those that need. In a world where anybody can say they can do it all. It was refreshing to find Scott who really is a concrete pro and someone who was able to execute what he advertised. We started renovating our outside around 8 months ago. This concrete job was really something that changed the face and functionality of our space. While one of the more expensive jobs on our list. It is one of those jobs that I can see the value in and am 100% happy I spent the money. Nothing like seeing and walking on our money! FYI: My pics posted are 5 hours after poured so color is just everything drying.
