First when I met Dan, I had him come over and measure my closets for some custom work. He had his estimate complete in about a day and proceeded to do the work in two master closets in my main house. Perfect job, reasonable rates and a true gentleman. When I realized how handy he was, he is my handyman on my rental property. He's there within a couple hours checking out the work that needs to be done. I always pay him more because his rates are just too reasonable!

I have hired Dan several times for various jobs where we needed "on the spot" help . He literally moved out 3000sf office, desks, chairs, countertops, doors, windows etc , incredible. He's also done other handyman work efficiently & at reasonable rates.

Awesome job ! Dan showed up on time, was very quick with emails and messages and did a great job at assembling 11 pieces of furniture.He is very professional, respectful and polite. He assembled all the pieces with great care and we loved his workmanship. He cleaned up after his work, also helped me move two large bookcases upstairs and bolted them to walls for earthquake proofing. He did not rush through his work. I will definitely recommend his service to all my friends and will call him again if I need help with anything.
