I hired Ricki, my Special Event Genie, to work her magic (and dedicated hard work) on my 70th Birthday Party. Every detail was absolutely perfect. Ricki kept in touch with me by phone, text and in person meetings from the day I hired her, came to my event hours early and stayed late to manage clean up. She knew every aspect of party planning from table position and centerpieces that maintain a theme to creative displays to timelines — All of my guests enjoyed interacting with her and everyone had a good time.

I hired Michelle an Eimee from Elegant and Modern Events for my small wedding. I was on a tight budget and they gave me a quote that seemed reasonable. During the wedding planning Michelle and Eimee were very professional, answering tons of my emails and questions. They were always fast to answer and very polite and understanding. We met at the reception venue to go through the details and I couldn't help, but notice how nice, friendly and easy to talk they are! During the meeting Michelle and Eimee gave me some valid suggestions and also offered to help with rentals, which saved me a lot of headache. They sent me the options of possible flowers and allowed me to pick what designs I like the most. I wanted something simple, but cute, and their design matched my expectations very well! We met one more time to go over the details and they brought me some samples that I absolutely loved! While being busy at work and being unable to do as many DIY projects as I originally intended, I kept adjusting the order and add more and more stuff, but Michelle and Eimee were very understanding and had everything ready by the day of the wedding. What I loved the most about working with them is that they were able to set up 2 different wedding sites at the same time, since they were 2 of them! They also promptly transferred some of the decoration from the ceremony to the reception site and quickly set it up before the guests showed up! Honestly, when I saw all the decorations and flowers set up, I was shocked how nice it looked. I also got a lot of compliments on the bouquets and centerpieces. By the end of the wedding they were all taken by the guests! I can't thank them enough for making my wedding so relaxing and feel very well taken care of! I would highly recommend Michelle and Eimee to anyone who needs any flower arrangements or rental services!
I hired CJ or DJ Ceeej for my birthday party after hearing him at another friend’s party. I had to ask her for his contact and book him for my own event. He was very communicative before the event. Showed up on time. Had all the songs we were looking for and played an amazing set filled with the newest and popular songs to nostalgic throwbacks that many of our attendees haven’t heard in a while. He really took us on a journey through his music that I really wish we could relive. Luckily I plan on hiring him for my party next year! I highly recommend hiring him! He won’t let you down and his prices are pretty good for his talent. Book him today! :)

This was the first time I worked Mari at 8 D.A.Y.S EVENTS and I noticed that she was very professional, thorough, and on top of every detail. She coordinated everything in terms of production - lighting, sound, DJ, and catering for the party. The presentation of the food was phenomenal and tasty. I was HIGHLY impressed with the additional furniture and lighting she brought in that turned the house into an upscale hot spot! Her level of expertise in planning the whole event was phenomenal. I feel she went above and beyond her inner call of event planning!
