I am certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a PT and as a Sport Fitness Specialist. I have a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology. In addition to in-person training, I also offer Virtual Training through whatever platform you prefer: (Zoom, Google Hangouts, WhatsApp, FaceTime) I train a wide range of individuals: pregnant post-partum seniors healthy living weight loss sport training toning and conditioning athletic performance I offer free consultations. While I believe my experience allows me to connect with a wide range of personalities and goals, I want you to decide for yourself. I am truly passionate about YOU. I believe in People. I don't put a ceiling on myself or on my clients and I help them to find their potential and I help them to achieve finding the best version of themself (in perhaps more ways than just fitness) I am YOUR personal coach! My focused training includes : Kinetic chain assessment Body fat/muscle ratio testing Posture and corrective exercises Core conditioning Personalized workouts specific to client goals Structured programs that change continuously to keep client in adaptation phase to prevent plateaus Nutritional programming per client request Cardio and resistance training planning for off session workouts I can travel to you or you can travel to me. We can meet in your home/space, public park, etc. I bring all the tools if you do not have any equipment. I use a variety of tools in your sessions. For Virtual Training, we can accommodate any size of space and we can use equipment or not. I can build a program for any condition (even if the kiddos are running around in the backgrougnd :) ) I offer personal, buddy or even trio training. If you have a group of 5 people or more I can offer group training at a discounted rate.

She is great at pushing me when I need it while being understanding when I'm struggling. She provides plenty of variety in activity while still working toward my goals. Ashley taught a sport specific bootcamp in which she instructed players in various strength and conditioning drills and exercises to enhance our athletic performance. Ashley developed a program that allowed players to maximize our time in the Boot Camp. Each hour is jam packed with training. There was no wasted time. Ashley's Boot Camp enhanced athletic performance in areas including speed, power, reaction time, and mobility. It improved our stamina, core strength and balance. She also clearly demonstrated techniques and exercises designed to help with coordination and mobility and reduce injuries. Thanks to Ashley's Boot Camps my game has improved and I feel I can play much longer before becoming fatigued.
