Always! Always! Always! There is always a webinar or seminar on the horizon I am looking to attend and as a member of the AOA for over 20 years I am always up on current trends.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in 1984, when my older son was an infant, with an opportunity as a resident manager in a 9 unit apartment building in San Diego. I learned what it takes to manage residential real estate, around the clock, from the bottom up!
- What types of customers have you worked with?

Tenant Verifications and Placement Affordable Housing Voucher Tenant Placement Security Deposit Accounting and Issue Resolution Property Management Consulting Income Property Accounting We like to maintain homes in above average condition, and in exchange we strive to secure residents who make us a priority and make timely rent payments. We put homes into a condition where we would move in.
