Mark arrived before time and started off with outside inspection of the house by the time we arrived. Did good job in quick time and sent us the report by the evening via email. His price is very competitive so good value for the service. It was pleasure working with him. I will recommend him for house inspections!! Thanks Mark.
Insight home & Mold inspection is awesome! I’m a Realtor in Southern California and I recommend them to all my clients. Very professional and they provide their clients with their home inspection report in less than 24 hours. Insight inspectors are very detailed on the report and answer all clients questions right there on the spot! I’ve used them on a couple of my clients properties and will continue to do so in the future.
I needed an inspection for a house I have never seen as I'm a foreign investor. So Elvis was my "eyes" and he did a great job. He was available on the phone any time I needed to ask a question. And above all he is a down to earth guy. I spoke to a few other inspectors and they were all "robotic"... Thanks Elvis for your help, I have saved your info for any future inspections.
Perhaps handyman for the jobs I needed: cleaning out the water heater, adding handles to cabinets, changing out a tall LED bulb, and repairing exterior gates. Thank you so much for your help!
Frank has been doing my property inspections for years. What I like about Frank is he is always polite and professional. When we schedule inspections with Frank he is always accommodating with our desired schedule. Once Frank arrives (always early) he doe his inspections with confidence and is very knowledgeable. Frank is NOT a DEAL KILLER!!!
Quality work, reliable, used for for all repairs when needed and can perform various tasks. Definitely recommend for repairs!
...But, if I never ran into this guy, I'd have at least a dozen unfinished projects, and a lot of extra bills. I met Taylor in line at Home Depot. I was buying some hardware and some paint. I noticed his cart was stacked with fencing material and being I'm virtually worthless with even basic construction and needing a new fence myself, I asked him what he was working on. We ended up talking for almost 30 min outside and he helped me load my paint into the car. He asked a lot of questions and even had examples of fencing he installed on his phone. I was buying the paint and hardware to repaint and fix my shed door. I couldn't mess THAT up right? Wrong, he offhandedly mentioned that I had purchased an interior paint that would discolor and fade quickly on a shed. Anyway, I had numerous projects that needed to be done. I ended up having Taylor put in an entire new shed, repair my back fence, build me some custom gates, and a many other tasks. I regularly call him with questions and he almost always has an answer. He's a very well-spoken, knowledgeable, and friendly guy. For my wife and I, he's sort of become a regular around the house, we've had him coming over for more than a year. Our four year old son gets so excited when he comes because he always gets to watch. Goodbye Garbage man, Hello Handy man! Thank you Taylor! Hope this helps you. Geoff, Susan, & Alex
Overall we had a great and professional service from Primex. When I sent out a request on thumbtack, Primex was the first company calling back within 10 minutes. And I guess that we were lucky enough that the inspector- Gio was around in our neighborhood; he came to do the inspection on the same day. The inspector was very patient explaining what he found as signs of termites' existence, what the solutions they had, pros and cons of the solutions, and etc. After the inspection, he sent a email with a report and a proposal in the afternoon. We were given enough time to think what solution we decided to go for. We liked not to be rushed, but to be reminded the following steps when we were too busy. About a week before the fumigation, Gio came to go through the contract, explaining pretty much verything and every questions I had to get us ready for the fumigation. On the day of the fumigation, I thought that I had bagged enough all the food and medicines that I needed. I though that I didn't need to bag the food in the fridge. Well,.....actually I was told that I needed to. However, Primex's people were very nice.....(I was tired of bagging and packing that time) helping me bagging the rest of the food in the fridge. So I could leave without worrying my undone work. After the fumigation was done, Gio came the following weekday to check and do the last liquid treatment on our fence. Fumigation sounds could be very stressful thing to do. But we were glade that everything went smoothly. Forgot to mention about the price...., we compared to terminix, it was about 20-50$ differences. So I guess that the price was reasonable. Grace from Redondo Beach
California Home Inspections really solved my electrical problems that no one else could figure out. They really know what they're doing when it comes to electrical work. Also, they installed my recessed lighting, and a couple of restroom fans. I highly recommend their services.
I am a licensed real estate professional and have used Shane for my home inspections. His inspections are complete and professional. He is on time, honest and reliable. Very pleased with this company and they are inspectors . I was nervous starting out as the owner of the property as soon as the inspector got there he put me at ease. This guy was very professional knowledgeable and knew his job from a to z . Very friendly and patience I would ask questions and he would take the time to actually explain things to me I would recommend 100% professional . A little pricey but well worth the money . When you're spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on a home you should want the best inspectors . Thank you . U.S.Home Inspectors .
Neil was great. He was very thorough, explaining everything as he went. He even went above and beyond and cover a leaking attic vent to prevent further leaks from an upcoming storm. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector.
I bought a house in Corona about 6 years ago, and used this inspector, and can highly recommend him. The name matches the service, without a doubt. He suggested electrical fixes, that to me are very important, but not things many inspectors may know quite so well. The report was amazingly detailed I thought - photos, details, and why it's a potential problem - and had a focus on the most important things that could be dangerous, but probably not obvious to a buyer just by browsing through a potential house. It gave me a good set of things to ask the seller to fix - the potentially dangerous things (electrical and gas related), and also gave me a good checklist of things to do as well after moving in. Still working on that list. I can't say I'd recommend him as an inspector if you're the seller and looking for an inspector, unless you want a really good eval on what you need to understand/fix before selling. But if you're the buyer and paying for the inspection - he'll give you a good rundown, and a detailed rundown, on what you're looking at buying.
