I’m glad I found Ivan’s business page on thumbtack when I did. I recently had my garage insulated, drywalled and was looking to have the concrete floor epoxied. What caught my attention was the high quality that was evident in many of Ivan’s former client pictures. That’s when I knew I had to have him work on my garage floor. He was extremely responsive, arrived in a timely manner and the end result had me floored (pun intended)! Ivan met, exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend him to everyone. He’s the best there is!

Ivan and his team were able to come out on short notice and finish the garage in less than 2 days. They had to fill multiple dee cracks and use several different materials to smooth the floor out. The price for standard epoxy was very fair and to add a flake type epoxy was a minimal addition, which looks much better and is exactly what we wanted. I’m in a wheelchair and they even built me a concrete ramp and covered with epoxy so I can smoothly enter and exit my garage into the backyard. The end result is much better than I could have imagined and I hope my neighbors come by and check out Ivan’s work and decide to hire his company as well.
