On Sunday, I found a dead feral cat on my property so I called the city's animal control department for it's removal but was told that animal control was not open for the weekend and the following Monday holiday (Memorial Day). I was told to cover the cat with a box and to wait until Tuesday. However, by Monday afternoon when the day's temperature turned hot, the smell was not good.
I called All City for removal of the dead cat but was initially told that my request came in a bit late for the day since field removal agents were closing early for the holiday. However, one agent, Sean, was called to see if he could possibly drop by my house even though he was about to end his work day. Sean came by, was polite, friendly, kind and understanding. He quickly took care of my problem and wished me a good day, which I found much more possible without the smell.
I can be a pretty snotty critic at times, but I must say that contacting All City was an excellent move.
