- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing Education is part of my responsibility and obligation as a practitioner my to clients and the mental health profession alike.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Sessions will typically run for 1 1/2 hours and include a variety of techniques, such as: Cognitive Restructuring, Mindfulness, Progressive Relaxation, Guided Imagery, Kappasinian E&P Profiling, Tapping, Circle Therapy and Desensitization. I use the knowledge gained from my Masters Degree in Social Work and my Certifications to guide my practice.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When seeking services for therapy, interview the potential therapist to insure they're a person you feel comfortable working with. The most important aspect of doing this work is finding someone that you can be honest with and who supports you.
