Brian was extremely helpful when I contacted him because I had two situations that I could not resolve on my own: the first was an issue with the IRS regarding delinquent taxes. The other concerned my own business, where I was not processing the paperwork properly, with the result I was losing money. Brian promptly took hold of both situations, much to my relief, and since then Brian has helped me keep on track, with the result that I have more cash flow. I plan to continue using Brian's services. He is efficient and prompt, and his work on my behalf got me out of both of my jams. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We provide accounting & bookkeeping services at $55-$75 per hour. If the clients requires us to provide them payroll services we will provide the payroll services at a discount. The cost for semi-monthly payroll could cost only $99 per month + $2 per employee per month. After reviewing the volume and work flow for a clients we are able to offer a monthly rate pricing for all bookkeeping services and for payroll.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We will analyze what type of work the client wants us to perform. We also analyze the workflow and systems been used.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Bachelors degree in accounting. I have 36 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience and just retired as a controller from a non-profit. My part-time bookkeeping business has been in operation for the past 16 years. I am a certified QuickBooks online and desktop ProAdvisor. My buisness partner is a CPA and is also a certified QuickBooks online and desktop ProAdvisor.
