The team who arrived was amazing. We hadn’t had the house professionally cleaned in awhile and we opted for the deep clean for our first appointment. They were so thorough and very detailed. It was pretty amazing. We ran in the house to pick up something mid-cleaning and the team was hard at work, they had the curtains tied up in the bedroom so the could get to the carpets and baseboards, they moved our nightstands to clean behind and under it ( they even found a few items I was missing!), cleaned our medicine cabinets, cabinets under the sink, found clean sheets and and put them on the bed in our spare room. The list goes on. We walked around the house for like 20 mins in amazement. Not only were they thorough and hard working but they were all so nice and helpful. I appreciated getting texts during the service from the office letting me know the progress. They are by far the best cleaners we’ve had. And being able to Venmo for the service made the whole process so much easier. Thanks team! Michele

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Many of our customers have been with us from the beginning so they are like family to us, but that doesn't mean we don't have room for new family members. It may takes us a short while to figure out how you like these done but don't worry, we're quick studies.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our customer base is diverse we clean homes, apartments, and offices big and small in urban and suburban areas.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Communicate. If you want something done a certain way or a certain product used on your hardwood floors just let us know and we will happily accomodate all special requests.
