Introduction: Basically I use a lot of self-disclosure in my discussions. I put myself in the person's shoes, since I am an AVID SKINNER disciple and subscriber to his philosophies! I also utilize the Maslow's Hierarchies of needs to demonstrate the fulfillment of life to higher degree. That being said, I then put the above techniques to use for the problems and crisis that this individual is encountering at this stage of his or her life. Making a more personal approach to define and hopefully resolve their challenged crisis. My fulfillment of this job again reflects on the Maslow's Hierarchy of needs. Enabling me to become an Altruistic individual with end results of fulfillment of resolving the needs of this individual/client.
