- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a 2 hour minimum ($90).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call or text (photos if available) to go over the work, price, and suggestions. Unless it is something that has to be discussed at the job site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked for a large tile company in northern California. As well as working for a handyman service, that was owned by a former superintendent for large homebuilders, before branching out on my own.
