I call serranos for same day service , carolina y rafael and 2 more girls come to see my renting house in morada ln , they start cleaning about 11:45 am , and they finish about 6:00pm, They gave me a contract, which was saying that's what they would do at home. when they finished cleaning. Cleaners arrived on time ready to get to work. Overall they did a good job, however one focused on things I didn't request to be cleaned and that delayed the tasks I paid for. The other lady changed my bed, but she didn't know how to properly tuck the bed sheet and comforter for our pedestal bed. I had to redo that part. I might not prefer to have polish used on my stainless appliances, but it did look nice. I'd use the service again.
