I have been using a personal trainer for over two years. A few weeks ago, when I needed someone to fill in during my regular trainer's absence, I used Obi. After our initial session I used him for 4 days a week, for two weeks. Now that my regular trainer has returned, I'm training with Obi two days a week, and am happier than ever.
I'm 64 and Obi takes that into account, suggesting alternate exercises when this senior body of mine hurts. I have to say every workout with Obi has been terrific. He really knows his profession. Additionally he has an upbeat personality and is always encouraging. The only thing that could be better was if I could afford to see him 7 days a week!
