It would not be an overstatement to say that Baron has changed my life. Physically, I am in better shape than I have ever been, even going back to my days playing high school football. The impact that Baron has had on my life, however goes far beyond what he has helped me achieve through strength training, CrossFit and nutrition guidance, rather the greatest gift that I've received from Baron is my confidence back. He is wise beyond his years and I deeply enjoy every minute that we spend training together. I truly appreciate his science-minded approach to exercise as well as his ability to let his clients' interest guide the work-out. I foresee great things for Baron as a trainer, and for all of those who make the smart decision to work with him.

I have worked with a lot of trainers so far, and he is the best. It has been 2 months since I started working out with him and I am seeing that there is a huge inch loss and my older pants which dint fit for me the last 8 months are very comfortable now. Each session is different and interesting, so you never get bored. Surprisingly, I look forward for the workout sessions as they keep me really fresh and active for the whole day. I am not a very indoor person and hence he suggested me to start biking and thats been a new hobby. I am easily biking 10 miles these days and I owe a lot of it to Steve! My strength and stamina has improved tremendously in these two months. I would recommend Steve, if you are serious about your workout and you are looking to drop those extra bulges! You will get the best of his knowledge and enthusiasm in every session!
Harold is an amazing personal trainer. He will keep you engaged during your workouts and goes the extra step to keep your motivation up, when he isn't training you. Harold also gives great nutritional advice - his recommendations and creativity with meals made my whole 28 week program easy... And I mean LITERALLY easy. I never felt like I was too restricted with my meals! Overall, a personal trainer is supposed to teach you how to train and guide you along the way as you progress... But if you want a trainer that can turn your regular average Joe into an athlete, Harold is the man for the job. Book him. You won't regret it. I have been training with Vaz for over a year now. Before starting with Fair Oaks Personal Training I can honestly say I never had an exercise program that I stuck with. Being challenged with excess weight, arthritis, and joint damage, my goal is to continued to get healthier. I have dropped #'s but more importantly I have built muscle mass. Vaz has made me feel comfortable and valued from the beginning. Exercise programs are customized, pushing me hard. However I have never felt overwhelmed to the point of quitting, I have felt supported. If something seems too much for me, we discuss and routines are adjusted or reasons explained on why it is important to do what is being asked. The best things about the results from this last year is I have more self-confidence, I now can walk with almost no pain, I can go up and downs stairs without running out of breath, and I am once again strong enough to carry groceries in from the car. Any trainer can show you how to use machines and what exercises get results, but if you want someone who cares about your well-being and wants to coach you to success, then the trainers @ Fair Oaks Personal Training are the perfect match.
Denise is absolutely amazing. Can’t imagine working out without her. She has helped me regain my strength after a health issue and after almost 6 months I’m feeling and looking great. great trainer, I was able to take a kickboxing class and cardio/strength training class with him and it was great. very knowledgeable trainer in different aspects of fitness.
My personal training experience with Jason Fox consists of three-days a week of a mixture of strength and cardio exercises. Jason is very flexible and communicates in advance regarding any schedule conflictions or need to re-schedule a training session. Thus far, I have lost a total of 8 pounds since working with Jason the first week of January until now, and have received much counsel to help support my weight loss outside of session (eg: Food choices, suggested water intake, vitamin supplements, etc.) . In addition, Jason is a very charismatic trainer and pushes me to be a healthier version of myself without over exhausting my limitations (eg: asthma, weak wrists, etc.). I am comfortable in knowing that I will be pushed each week to exceed my performance of the week, and am constantly encouraged throughout my sessions when I want to give up on a workout component. Overall, I am very pleased with my personal training with Jason Fox and would recommend him to anyone looking to be mentally and physically supported in your journey to become a healthier version of yourself.
Outstanding! I had the extremely good fortune to meet Tyrone Duckett 8 months before I retired. I spent most of my career at a desk and, over the previous 15-20 years, had put on some extra pounds and neglected my fitness. Put another way, I was a unfit 65 year old slug muffin. I was unsure if my 65 year old body would respond to training or whether I would have the mettle and fortitude to commit to diet and regular workouts. At the time I started, I was recovering from major ankle reconstruction surgery and prostate cancer. My cancer was in remission after a prostatectomy, radiation, and androgen deprivation hormone therapy; my ankle was stiffer than before reconstruction. Tyrone got me started on a year long, customized cardio and strength training program, taking into account both my age and existing physical condition. We started out slow, never doing more than my neglected body could handle, but at the same time Tyrone pushed me hard enough to make me sweat at every training session. Tyrone has a firm, but encouraging attitude towards training. We did a lot of joking and smack talk about our favorite sports teams during my training sessions. I was surprised at the immediate results. Over the one year training, I dropped 60 pounds, reduced my waist size by eight inches and was able to "flex my guns" (generally performed to intimidate other males and impress females) for the first time in many, many years. My training with Tyrone not only helped me rebuild my body, but also convinced me that our bodies are amazing machines that, with a little work and commitment, can stay tuned and healthy no matter your age or physical condition. I was very pleased about my training session with Lily. I've wanted to get in shape and start bulking up for a long time now. I never really had the motivation or knowledge to needed to properly gain weight in a healthy way. Not only do you get personal training but you also get some good advice about what not to eat and what to eat which is worth so much. Lily has the experience and knowledge to help anyone meet their fitness goals with reasonable concise planning and at a fair price. I highly recommend anyone interested in working out and getting in shape to consult with Lily.
Excellent training experience provided. I was able to lose 15lbs of fat, build muscle, and increase my strength to help with work duties. My back feels so much stronger and I just feel healthier overall. 5 stars!
I absolutely love everyone at Aspire Strength and Wellness. Everyone is welcoming and doesn't make you feel like they are judging you for your lack of experience. There's a ton of support from not just the trainers but from the clients as well. All in all I loved going to ASW and can't wait until I return!
Neil is a great instructor, he keeps things interesting and new. I feel that I'm getting a great overall workout. He incorporates weights, strength training, yoga and cardio. It'a like having a personal trainer 3 times a week! I highly recommend Neil to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you just want to get back in shape (like me) or if you're already in shape, but just want to enhance your fitness routine.
In January I discovered Vlad Teleyuev, a CPT @ Anytime Fitness. With his expert training, encouragement and support I lost over 40 pounds and 37 inches from my body. I no longer have knee pain or back pain and am stronger than I have been in years!
Alex has been my awesome coach at ISC for about a year and a half. He is extremely supportive in my efforts at the gym and always encourages me to push my limits. I feel like he truly cares about my success at the gym; not because it's his job, but because he genuinely cares about his clients. He gives clients personalized attention which often feels like having a personal trainer. I have noticed a significant improvement in my physical abilities since working with Alex at ISC. My half marathon time has improved, recovery time is less...and that's even with doing less training runs to make time for the gym. Alex was right, the strength training does help (a lot!). Alex also offers personalized nutrition advice. I'm sure it's great advice, but I like food way too much to follow it. I know if I did I would see even better results. Like most things in life, you get out of it what you put into it. Alex will give you the tools you need to succeed, but you need to use them if you want to be successful.
Miranda is amazing! Her expertise in fitness is by far the best I've experienced. She is great at communicating and always on time or ahead of schedule. She is very passionate about fitness and brings exceptional value to the fitness training programs she offers. I've learned so much in so little time about fitness and nutrition. I have been training with Chris for about a year and a half and I genuinely appreciate his approach and attitude about fitness. Key highlights: 1) He is a success story himself. Just ask for a photo from 10 years ago and you will be amazed. That means he knows better than anyone how challenging it can be to reach your goals. 2) He's thoughtful about individualizing a plan that works for you, and is geared towards getting the results you want. 3) Chris will help you in your overall fitness routine, even outside of personal training. This means creating cardio routines, meal plans, and making sure to keep you on track. 4) He tries to be as accommodating as possible to schedules, meaning he trains in the wee hours of the morning into the evening! Hope this is helpful, give training with Chris a shot. I am so glad that I did!
I have been working with chris Martinez now for about 2 months, and I couldn't be more pleased. I contacted chris and he immediately responded to my inquiry. I informed him that I was an above the knee amputee that used to be quite active, and that since my amputation 5 years ago, I had gotten out of shape and was looking to regain my fitness and over all strength and agility. Chris let me know that he had never worked with an amputee before but was surprisingly eager to meet with me to see what we could work out. Well not only was chris encouraging and supportive , he is quite personable and thoughtful. He works me out hard, with a watchful eye to modify what ever he sees I am having trouble with. Every time he shows up for our sessions , he has a new technique or exercise that on his own time he has taken the trouble to inquire about. He is very disarming and fun to work out with. After only two months of his nutritional and fitness acumen, not only have I lost weight and inches, I know that I will be able to achieve my overall fitness goals. I cant say enough about chris's professionalism and how pleased I am with my results thus far and with chris as my trainer.
I started out with just a couple of in-person sessions. I liked the custom program that included stretches and low-impact strength training. Playlists were fun to dance to also, and it didn't feel like working out. Then I rolled into the 12 Week online program. The app is super easy to use and convenient. Mirella responds to my every question quickly and tweaks my plan for me, as needed. Thanks for helping me get back on track and pushing me when I needed some extra motivation ;)
This is a GREAT camp! Josh and Anthony are excellent trainers and they keep the all women class motivated and fun! There are new routines each camp and the one hour class goes by really fast. This is a great way to get fit!
I did personal training with Kyle for while. I saw significant increases in strength gains and body sculpting. He built training programs for me that helped me meet my weight loss goals and strength goals that just flat out worked. Totally recommend Kyle!
