She was very laid back and I mean this in a good way. I like to be in control when planning my wedding or events and she made sure to listen and make sure all my visions and choices were taken care of! AnnaMarie was AMAZING. She was so completely helpful and perfect as our day-of coordinator. Everyone that worked with her was impressed with her efficiency, precision and professionalism. She gently guided us through the day and I was able to fully relax and feel that things were being taken care of. My husband is a fairly exacting and organized German and he was so appreciative of the AR Weddings services. Honestly, I could not recommend more. I am so happy that I hired Pam as my wedding day-of-coordinator. Although it was “day-of”, she helped me with a lot of the preparation that I didn’t even know existed. I didn’t know anything about a wedding and how to put it together, but she helped me more than I ever imagined. My timeline went smoothly and she assisted me in making sure everything was in line beforehand. Toward to end, she relieve me of my wedding stress by taking care of the little things. She was extremely easy to work with and her love for what she does truly shows. I have no regrets of hiring her and would recommend her to anyone needing help planning a wedding who knows nothing about how to make it happen or even someone who does.

We hired NK initially as our day of coordinator. We met with her and she told us about her experience with event design in Sri Lanka and how she was excited to be planning weddings again in the US. As she is building her business, her price was great for our little budget and she proved right away that she would go above and beyond just the day of. We liked her attitude - she is sweet but also very honest and direct, things we knew we would need from a coordinator on our wedding day. We kept in touch other the months with us passing over vendors as we signed them. She mentioned that Paradise Parkway designs events in addition to coordinating and that she could do the full decor and florals too. There were a couple of reasons we said yes - the first being that she showed us her portfolio and she does have a wonderful eye, the second being that our venue didn't include other services so it felt great to know everything was going to be taken care of (linens, decor...etc). We really liked her sketches of what the day could look like. She gave us multiple options and different price points and we worked together to find the right look. I'm not knowledgeable about flowers, so I told her my color palette and theme, and sent some pictures of other bouquets I liked. She provided a list of the flowers she was going to include, and what similar bouquets looked like. I truly felt like she understood our personality and what we wanted visually from the day. When the day arrived - we were blown away. The flowers were huge arrangements stuffed full of pale greens and huge blooms in shades of pink and white. Some were HUGE, like the ones at the altar - yet always elegant. The ones lining the aisle were ferns with tall delicate flower poking up. The bouquets were sprawling and they smelled incredible. Our reception hall was transformed, and I received compliment after compliment about how beautiful everything was. She definitely nailed the decor and very beautifully incorporated our personal elements - like lawn games, a candy buffet and letters made of succulents. She even set up the center pieces so that people could take them home afterwards. Our day was stunning thanks to NK at Paradise Parkway!
We hired Clara to do our wedding. We were on a tight budget & it was in our backyard. Clara got all the yardwork done and organized everything. She maximized our budget by making all the centerpiece and bridal party floral. She worked hard to keep our budget and give us what we want. Overall job well done👏
"I had the pleasure of working with Charles in an effort to put together a beautiful, elegant ceremony for my brother's wedding. Although I am not a wedding planner myself, I was looking for someone who I could consult for ideas and suggestions since they didn't have the budget for a professional wedding coordinator. I reached out to a number of different coordinators and explained my situation, and Charles was one of the few that was open and willing to work with me and offer professional advice. As the wedding day approached, I consulted Charles for ideas and explained what exactly the bride and groom were looking for and the budget they had. With that in mind, Charles was able to offer a number of great ideas and suggestions for their special day that were within budget and helped create an amazing, memorable day for the bride, groom, and all their guests. Although we were unable to have Charles there the day of the event, I am positive that it could have only been better had we been able to have him there with his professional eye. I could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator than Alanah to help make our day perfect. I hired Alanah super last minute (2 months before our wedding) after our original coordinate left the company we were working with and from the minute we hired her she helped to keep me calm during a stressful time. She had great suggestions during planning and helped us to find a new DJ (who was also fantastic and not ridiculously priced) on 2 weeks notice after our original DJ canceled. On the day of she got everyone doing exactly what they needed to be doing without ever coming across pushy or rude. I highly recommend you hire Alanah for your wedding, I know my day could not have been as perfect without her!

Erika (Cast Your Cares Event Planning) is a true professional planner and an excellent event coordinator. Rosa and I chose Erika to coordinate our wedding and although it was the biggest wedding in town, it certainly had it's challenges and Ms. Erika handled everyone of them like a pro. We could not have been happier with Erika and her work with us and our vendors. Her greatest asset was no more evident and very much on display, the day of our wedding. Wow... Erika was spot on from start to finish, keeping all those involved with our special day, on time and together. From getting my bride's hair and makeup finished (with photos!) and into the limo to the church ON TIME, to making sure all of our guests were enjoying the reception (photos of us at each table), and then keeping us on time leaving the reception and off to our life as husband and wife. Just a well done job all around. I would like to complement Erika on her beautiful decorations for the reception (tables, cake tables, etc,) and her expert management the guest seating chart (which is not and easy chore) .... Rosa and I were so impressed with Erika's work coordinating our wedding, we do plan to chose Cast Your Cares again with upcoming professional and special events (milestone birthdays and charity functions). I had Morgan decorate for my wife’s 30th birthday and it turned out amazing! Normally I would find it difficult to give someone a key to my house and alarm access, but after meeting Morgan and her team all apprehension and doubt disappeared. Morgan was professional and made planning for the event easy.
OH MY GOSH I CANT GIVE SAMANTHA ANYTHING BUT LOVE! She was so amazing during my wedding process! Anything I needed help with she was there. She even put all the flowers in my arch for me and it turned out fantastic! She was super reasonably priced and I honestly can say she made my wedding day such a breeze. Alina coordinated my destination wedding in Eastern Europe, Ukraine! Throughout the planning process she was attentive, organized and resourceful. Planning a wedding in a small town is not as easy like it is here in the states. There are no rental companies, no real florists or designers, and I won't even mention the caterers. Through numerous meetings and coffee dates we were able to nail down all the logistics! All I can say is that my wedding day was perfect! I later did find out that the caterer I hired was completely running behind and Alina stepped in and helped them in the kitchen to get all the food out on time. I didn't even know that happened until later after the wedding! I loved working with Alina and had her coordinate my 2nd (for those that couldn't make it to Ukraine) wedding here in CA. I would recommend Alina to everyone!
We hired Kasia for our Baby Shower and the work she did was nothing short of first class. Kasia organized all the food, decorations, give aways, games and worked with us every step of the way to make sure the event was just how we wanted and also properly fit into our budget. She kept us on top of everything that needed to be done. The day of the event Kasia was there 3 hours early coordinating the set up, food, games and everything that needed to be done no task was too small or too big for her. The personal touch she added, well I don't even have the words to say what she meant to us. All of our friends were just so impressed with her, she received quite the round of applause when I was able to thank her. Two Moms Catering did our wedding and cake. The most amazing was that we are vegans and wanted to have a buffet with vegan and some gluten free. The food was "AMAZING" , the service was superb and the presentation was outstanding!! Everything was fresh and seasoned to perfection. They even did our wedding cakes one Vegan and one Gluten Free, both were beautiful, moist and delicious!!! Two Moms Catering will be our first. Pice again and again, and we would recommend them to our family and friends!
