I'm not the greatest in writing reviews. All I can say, is that Stephen is great. He applies the correct pressures. I'm not in pain afterwards like othe massages I received in the past. Yet the "knots" and "kinks" are improved. My massages are excellent. I just want to take a nap afterwards! Stephen is the complete package I was looking for - wholistic, Reiki, yoga etc.
It had been a long time since I had practiced yoga, but upon attending one of Selysa Love’s yoga classes, I fell back in love with the practice. Recently, I had very painful muscle spasms and back pain, and after leading me through some poses, the pain and spasms subsided. Being a novice, I found her teaching style to be helpful and reassuring, with her instruction clear and well demonstrated. I’ve continued practicing yoga since my first class with her, and look forward to more of her classes.
Being a yoga student of Eileen's is truly a gift. I am fortunate to attend one of Eileen's weekly flow classes and each class is engaging, purposeful, and fluid. Not only does she offer a wonderful practice, she allows each student to work at their own level (welcoming more beginner students as well as challenging more advanced students like myself). Eileen's instruction also encourages you to cultivate peace, awareness, and acceptance in your practice. You leave her sessions feeling balanced, peaceful, and pleasantly expanded. Sierra has been working with me for almost a year to optimize exercises I was given in physical therapy by combining them with meditation & healing yoga. Because of her background in international and outdoor education, she considers herself a lifelong student and is constantly pursuing training and discovering ways to bring a new perspective to her classes.
