I've been attending Lisa's workout classes for about a year now. She teaches cardio cross x which combines old school aerobics, plyometrics, kickboxing, strength training, and core workout! She has 30+ years of experience under her belt and teaches other styles of workout such as Pilates, body sculp, and more. She is an amazing instructor and friend. She knows everything about how the mind and body work. She's gone out of her way and stayed late to give advice on workout related questions I've had. She's amazing at what she does and I would highly recommend you to attend her classes. She brings great energy and will help bring our the best in you. Her classes are challenging and will push you to your limits. It will leave you wanting to come back for more! Guaranteed!.

Lisa is not only a totally awesome instructor, she is a totally awesome person! She is passionate about what she does and really cares about her clients. Lisa has been in the fitness industry for a really long time and it shows. She is a fitness professional who knows how to switch up her classes and keep you motiviated in order to get you to your goals. I highly suggest Lisa Ruckh!

Lisa Ruckh is one of the most dynamic instructors I've ever had the pleasure of taking from! I've taken kickboxing and pilates with her, so her knowledge is very diverse and varied. She truly knows what she is doing, and she will help you get in shape in a fun and supportive atmosphere.

Lisa is the best thing that has happened to me my health And overall lifestyle... She has a bubbly personality with a ghet it tough attitude she's the greatest friend and hardest workout coach But she gets results and you feel good not only Physically but mentally.... Her choice in music is fun and no matter How her day is she is always pumped full of energy She gives it her all every class I've had her for 3 years And look forward to new an exciting things to come Her words of encouragement and belief in you makes It all worth it.... She may be tough but in the end it's all worth it

Lisa is a wonderful instructor. I've had the pleasure of her being my instructor in several different group classes and I love her routines and most of all her attention to each participant to ensure everyone has the proper form to get the best out of our workout and so no one hurts themselves!

    Always. With both a group fitness and personal training certification, it is required to provide continued education credits to stay certified. Also, I think it's essential to be knowledgeable of the latest developments to stay on top in this very competitive field AND for the safety and variety that can be offered to clients as a result.
