Introduction: I have over eight years of experience in technical support, installation, upgrading and troubleshooting Windows and Apple based computers. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Active Directory, new user account setups, cell phone programming and Microsoft Office and Outlook. I have over four years of experience in data entry in the information systems field. I have four years of experience in imaging desktop and laptop computers and deployment to over 500 employees. I am excellent in strategic approach to solving problems and optimizing team building/leadership while proactively developing efficient ways of completing projects. I have been involved as a technician installing data, sound enhancement, date cabling, telephone PBX systems, network solutions, access control and residential security alarm solutions. I have graduated from California State University, Los Angeles with a B.S. degree in computer information systems. I also continued my education at California State University, Northridge and received my master's degree in public administration. I am fluent in English, Armenian and Farsi.
