Anuar did an excellent job assessing the issue during the 1st visit and then taking care of it (upon arrival of the damaged part) on the 2nd visit. He was extremely professional, friendly, and, obviously, competent at what he does. Communication with his partner (Besik) was fluid and on point. Thumbs up all around. Will use them again if I need assistance with appliance repair.

Very responsive. Anuar arrived on time as scheduled. Very professional, courteous and friendly. Thoroughly examined washer for problem even though work space was very small. Had to wait for part, but I was contacted as soon as it was available, and it was installed within an hour. However, he did not leave old part which i would have preferred.

Anwar was so quick to come and fix our dryer issue! It was a simple issue, just the dryer vent got disconnected, but it was difficult for us to crawl behind the dryer. I asked a couple other folks, their prices were higher + they were not available to come on the same day, so it worked out very well!

Eric was great. He called and explained exactly what he could help with, which was everything. He scheduled SAME DAY but we didn't have time to have him over. He came the next day. We only told him about one appliance but later thought to ask about the other two and he was very willing to work with us to still manage those for us on the appointment as well! He was professional and accurate. He explained exactly what he was doing and gave us a very reasonable price! We are keeping his contact info right on our refrigerator and HIGHLY recommend him!
