Introduction: I attended Stanford University from 2002-2006, graduating with a bachelor's degree in human biology in June 2006. In August 2003, I joined EssayEdge, which has been hallmarked as “the world's premier application editing service" by the New York Times Learning Network, to pursue my interests in writing and editing while also earning money to pay for my tuition. I worked for the company until 2010 and earned a solid track record as one of the company's most senior and requested editors. I currently work full time as the program director of adult day care services at Catholic Charities in San Jose. I have written over 50 grant proposals to secure public funding from the cities of San Jose, Sunnyvale, Morgan Hill, Gilroy, and from private foundations such as Colombo Trust, Nelson Fund, Altos Foundation, Wakerly Family Foundation, Gellert Foundation, Farrington Historical Foundation, Kaiser Foundation, Heaven's Helping Hand Foundation, Beverly Foundation, and more.
