I was moving and needed help unpacking the kitchen and organizing the garage which contained the contents of 2 storage units fill of stuff that had not been opened in over a year and a half. Michael is amazing - tireless energy, a great sense of organization and logic, and an aesthetic touch to boot! He was able to get through boxes upon boxes of things, come up with an organization plan and get things to their proper place. He was very self-directed and would ask questions when he knew my input would be helpful. I fully recommend him.

Madison came with her assistant Gerald to clear our our garage, which was stuffed with things the belonged to us from two other houses we lived. After they spent two 4-hour sessions with us, we were able to park both cars in the garage the very first time, and everything stayed in the garage had a home and we know we would use them or have some sentimental value to us. On top of that, Madison is responsive, professional, experienced, and very passionate in helping others to be more organized. I plan to hire her again to help my daughter to learn to be more organized with her art suppplies and toys. If you are looking for someone to help you to be more organized around the house, I would highly recommend Madison.

Pros: Jasper was prompt in responding, punctual, friendly, and completed the work quickly. I was impressed that he finished this project in one day; whereas other contractors seemed to indicate it was more work and more difficult. I would hire him again. Some areas he can improve: There were a couple of minor areas that were knicked on our kitchen island that I didn't notice until cleaning up. Also, I think he could have done a little better cleaning up the island- wiping down the cabinet fronts that had a light layer of dust (I did this myself). Finally, I gave him a box of stain & top coat that the previous owners left to us. He applied them but I noticed they didn't leave the counter shiny, like the finish we had before he sanded. After Jasper left, my husband realized we were missing the water sealant coat which we had in the garage. So now we are applying this coat ourselves to make the island water- proof and give it the same shine. This isn't totally Jasper's fault since I gave him the supplies but I would have liked if he would have noted that something seemed to be missing or off (or given his recommendations on what he would have stained/sealed it with to make sure the wood stayed water proof.) Overall, I'm happy with the work.

Karen has cleaned my place twice now and both have been positive experiences. She is able to do a deep clean on the areas that need it and is mindful about other high traffic areas as well. While some small things were missed (the garbage created was left in a garbage bag inside the garage and not put in big garbage on way out, residual cleaner on stainless appliances in kitchen etc) the overall experience has been great and she has been a big help! Will continue to use!

Luana and her helper did a great job on a very dirty rental unit we are moving into. The garage had small animal feces, loads of dirt and spiders. She put on a respiratory, eye protection and just went to town cleaning. She is not afraid to get her hands dirty and really scrub/clean. She also did a great job in the unit. On a personal note she is very pleasant, punctual and easy to work with/arrange a time. She takes pride in her word and strives to do a good job.

my cleaner of 3 years quit two weeks ago due to a new family situation. I decided to try a professional company in mythical maids. The cleaners sent were very professional and efficient with their time. They were coordinated and took each room apart piece by piece. The end result was a very clean home.

Eugenia was amazing! I needed a deep clean on my place before the arrival of my in-laws. She cleaned everything very thoroughly and cleaned things I didn't even realize were dirty (like our vents, window shades, etc.). I highly recommend Eugenia and I plan to user her again.

I had an amazing day with Kay and crew! They were awesome at organizing my garage and areas of my home too all within a reasonable amount of time. Erika and her assistant are superior cleaners who provide the highest quality service. They just did a deep cleaning for me and my house is like brand new, sparkling clean and fresh. It is so clean that even the air is clean -- no visible dust or fur floating in the air that we usually see (we have four cats and a dog). They did a fantastic job cleaning all the tough dirt that no one would want to touch, such as the toilet bowls and sticky caked-on grease on the range hood and stove top. They even figured out on their own which bed sheets to use when I forgot to place the linens on the bed for them to change the sheets. They are sweet ladies who are professional and hardworking and such a pleasure to work with. I have hired them to do bi-weekly cleanings going forward.

Emily has not only a knack for creating organized spaces, but I feel so at ease working with her. I was a bit embarrassed by how cluttered my home office had gotten and convinced that I could do it myself, but i am soooo glad that I found Emily. Her SPACE system helped me truly organize my office (and other parts of my house) and make room for my creativity to flourish. I feel so much more at ease, productive and inspired in my space. Monique has practical advice and wasn't precious about the process of decluttering like with Kon Mari, where you are supposed touch every item and decide if it brings you joy. I'm not knocking it, it's a beautiful concept if you have the time. Monique was able & willing to run with some organization & sorting while I worked, and then helped me make decisions and move on. We had 3 sessions and the last was focused on the kitchen & systems I can put in place to keep order around the house.

I am an advocate and Pro for Thumbtack and hired Kayla for my boyfriend to prepare his apartment before his family came to town. The tasks were vague to start, but she acted as our personal assistant for 3 days since we have extremely busy schedules. She organized his place, put items in storage, set up the guest bedroom, grocery shopped, and minitored the cleaner. She was able to check in 2 different flights for our visitors and manage their airport Uber pick ups remotely, as well as managing some personal emails. She was able to provide an array of dinner reservation options and book them. The special touches were noticed, such as; putting stemmed glasses for the white wine in the freezer, checking in on our hired cleaner, organizing closet space in the guest bedroom and setting up their Netflix. Kayla was trustworthy, asked the right questions, and was very efficient! It is definitely worth hiring a pro to take the stress off your plate when having visitors, will hire her again in a month before more company.
