Laura is an amazing personal trainer! Her expertise has helped me greatly in getting in shape. I came to train with Laura after many years of suffering with pain in my lower back, neck, and arms from multiple injuries. I have also had 2 c sections that furthermore weakened my core.. Laura has developed and tailored very effective workouts to strengthen these areas. I feel stronger and healthier than I ever have. I have lost 20 lbs, dropped 2 sizes, strengthened and tone muscles, and have alleviated 75% of my chronic pain with her training. Laura also goes the extra mile and emails your workouts to you. She's an awesome, knowledgeable trainer. I highly reccommend her!

Anyone can can open a 'gym' in an unfinished building without air conditioning, but if you're looking for a specialized program, tailored to your individual goals and needs, this is your place. This is a private gym, where you're time is scheduled, guaranteeing personal, one on one attention. No need to wait for weights, ever. Vanessa busts my ass! She's very knowledgeable and makes sure I know what area of my body I'm working out. After just 10 visits I lost a couple of inches. This team has kept me motivated and I'm excited to be reaching my goals!! Highly recommended.

Chris is wonderful!! He is fun, encouraging, reliable, and skilled. His keen eye betrays the playful fun of his workouts, reminding you that you're there with a professional who really is weaving together a great and safe experience FOR YOU. Chris encourages you to explore your capabilities, and teaches you that it doesn't take pain to achieve the results you're looking for. He focuses on teaching you to be strong inside your own body, all the while making you feel like a rock-star without blowing smoke. After working with him for the last few months, I'm amazed at how much we are accomplishing. Clothing feels more comfortable and looser, I have a lot more energy throughout the week, but more importantly, I have become far more aware of what a strong body feels like. I guess, MOST importantly, I feel better about myself. I highly recommend Chris if you're not looking for someone who screams over you while you rip your arm sockets out with dumbbells. Chris develops a much deeper connection than that '80s kind of stereotype, and holds the space for you to do the same within yourself. He will have you walking away feeling stronger, happier, and better!
Working out with Joe has changed my life. I am down nearly 40 pounds in 4 months but, more importantly, I am stronger and more fit person today thanks to Joes workouts. I have been motivated by his own stories of weight struggle and the desire to live a healthier lifestyle. Joe has been in my shoes. He understands my struggles with eating and exercise. And hes crafted a lifestyle change plan for me to help me get over my hurdles and stay on track to meet my fitness goals. He has tailored the workouts to my needs, changing it up to keep it fresh, balancing strength training with cardio exercise to maximize my results.. He has pushed me when I needed pushing and scaled back when he would see me struggle - not to the point where I was giving up but rather reducing the intensity of my workout so that I could finish it and not feel defeated. Hes has motivated me and, despite my resistance and my hate of running, has turned me into a runner - first 1 mile, then 1-1/2, then 2. Today, I am running more than 3 miles on my own several times a week and plan to run in a 5K next month. ME... of all people. I highly recommend Joe as a personal trainer. I am on my second 20-session plan with him and plan to sign up for at least one more to get me through the end of the year and closer to my long-term goal. Beyond that, I plan to start attending his boot camp sessions soon as a way of maintaining my weight once I reach my weight loss goals. "
Nicole is an excellent trainer - she knows when to push you and push you hard, and when to let you take a break. She's always on time and well prepared - the sessions are well planned and are different enough to keep you engaged and on your toes. I noticed a remarkable improvement in my cardio within about 3 sessions. She's always so full of energy and enthusiasm that it rubs off on you!
Great enthusiasm! She explains the exercises really well and works with you beginning to end. You won't be lacking motivation from this trainer because her energy is top notch! Can't wait until I train with her again!
Iâve only had one personal training session with Dario but I have taken several of his classes at my gym and I think heâs a great instructor. I feel that he is aware of what I am capable of and encourages me to push myself. He is also very particular about form and takes his time to make sure I understand the movements/exercises we are working on. From my experience he does a great job motivating his clients, always has a positive attitude and he never makes you feel bad for modifying an exercise. Heâs dedicated to his clients and providing them with exceptional service. I always look forward to sessions with him.
