Dania has been incredibly helpful with my teenage daughter. Her ability to understand my daughter's needs and personality have been crucial in my daughter's progress. I see my daughter's receptivity to Dania's offerings, which is no small feat. Any time an issue or critical moment has arisen, Dania has handled it professionally, and sensitively, enabling us to move through the challenge and continue with my daughter's healing process.
Payton is really great. Her approach is very respectful and intuitive. She gives space to make discoveries and yet at the same time helps find the words to encapsulate what can be sometimes difficult concepts. She has a quiet, non-judgemental approach. I always come away from a session with her feeling clear and positive. She is an advocate for allowing time for healing (and not rushing - being gentle with ourselves) which is very important when moving forward through an emotionally challenging time.
I highly recommend Adrian for psychotherapy. Adrian provides a warm and welcoming presence, which allows a space for deep reflection. With Adrian's ability to deeply listen and insightful thinking, he provides a space for long lasting change to occur. I highly recommend Adrian as a therapist for all those who seek to create change in their life.

Dr. Russo helped me get to the heart of my issues quickly and supportively. I've dealt with depression off and on over many years and she's been my choice every time for support and counsel, guidance and wisdom. Often, Dr. Russo would recommend titles of useful books and/or authors that I've since added to my library. They've proven time and again to be great resources helping me deal with the process of healing and wellness. I'm eternally grateful for working with Dr. Russo and will forever value the skills she helped me develop.

I offer work in Spanish and English. "Mireya's passion in the arts is in theater improvisation, the exploration of different dance forms, process painting and mask making. She genuinely thrives in the unknown and trusts the transformative potential of the creative process as well as the inner healing intelligence within the psyche. Because she continually turns to the arts for healing in her own life, her clients find it safe to explore, uncover and release from the depths of the psyche." - Rosy Aronson Ph.D, expressive arts therapist and spiritual counselor

I believe humans change and develop throughout their life span. In some twenty years of practicing psychotherapy, I have come to view the most emotional symptoms and all relationship crises as opportunities to re-engage and support aspects of self-development. I was educated in the US and Germany; my professional experience ranges from work in very traditional clinical settings to being a therapist and group facilitator for staff at the Esalen Institute. I have received extensive training in psychodynamic-developmental, family systems, Gestalt, cognitive, and somatic modalities of psychotherapy, and I will apply "tools of these trades" and insights in our work together, as appropriate. My approach is sensitive, empathic and respectful, but also direct and straightforward. As you start to discover and tell me about yourself, I will not hesitate to provide you my honest feedback. And if you happen to have misplaced your sense of humor, Ill help you get it back.
