Introduction: I don't know of many who do what I do as I teach you how to make great food on a small budget. Most cooks only teach you how to make expensive stuff that you would only find at high end restaurants. The food I teach you to make is real food for real people. Filling and wholesome. Everything. I love cooking. Its a passion a zen for me. The best part is seeing the faces of people when they take that first bite of something they made even when they thought they couldn't cook.

Kristas stuff is awesome. My dog loved the home made treats and her salsa is to die for. all her stuff is wholesome with no additives . u will not be disappointed with anything this woman makes and sells

I have worked with Krista for a number of years, with both meal planning, meal website building and recipe swapping. She has shared with me some of her best recipes and not only are they delicious, but they are cheap and easy to make. She has also shrared with me tips on monthly meal planning, which is something that I had not tried before. it has done wonders for my budget and for the family table.

I always research new technique, new foods, and new ways to present. But al in all cooking hasn't change in decades.

mostly out of necessity but I love cooking and followed my heart.

Most people want to learn to cook filling cheap meals, or they come to me for events that they forgot to buy something for or want to wow gatherers
