I always research new technique, new foods, and new ways to present. But al in all cooking hasn't change in decades.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
mostly out of necessity but I love cooking and followed my heart.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most people want to learn to cook filling cheap meals, or they come to me for events that they forgot to buy something for or want to wow gatherers
