FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide clear estimates before starting any work. No hidden fees — what we quote is what you pay.Flat-rate vs hourly For standard repairs and maintenance, we offer flat-rate pricing so you know the total cost upfront. For larger or custom projects, we may charge hourly plus materials, which we explain before starting. Materials and parts Cost of any replacement parts or equipment is included in the quote if it’s part of the job. If additional parts are needed, we get your approval first. Discounts We sometimes offer seasonal promotions, repeat-customer discounts, or bundled service discounts. Ask us about current discounts when requesting a quote. Payment We accept cash, card, or electronic payment. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Emergency or after-hours fees Standard pricing applies during normal business hours. Emergency or after-hours service may have an additional fee, which will be disclosed upfront.
