- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with fixed price or hourly rates depending on the clients requirements. Having completed around 2000 projects, we know our hourly rate fees and percentage of construction cost both support each other, in the level of service we provide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We study daily, all aspects of architecture, communication, and project management to stay abreast of upcoming changes in the profession. This is all done through membership with many organizations, magazines, books and through consultants and the internet.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started designing homes in the 1st grade, and haven't stopped. We've expanded from homes to all types of projects.
