- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My prices are pretty straight forward. I always double check before sending out the quote to avoid any misunderstanding. If you wish me to bring a table (which is an additional $15), that cost is already built into the quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I normally ask them what kind of liquor they are planning to serve. Based on that, I can suggest the appropriate mixers as well as some other liquors that might compliment that of which they already have. I also suggest how many bottles of liquor and mixers they will need based on how many people they are having. And I'm always there for that last minute question they may have!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Like I mentioned earlier, I learned how to make over 250 drinks while in school and yet I make maybe 30% of them on a regular basis! I regularly go over my "flash cards" to make sure that I still know them all because I never want to be caught unprepared!
