I was a complete mess last night as my daughter was struggling in Geometry and I felt hopeless as I did not know how to help her, in addition the tutor she had previously she had a horrible experience so we were terrified shopping for a new tutor. Esmeralda reached out right away and was very understanding of our situation and came out to tutor the same day. She was so calm and patient my daughter felt so comfortable and actually enjoyed her session. In addition she gives her true opinion putting the students needs and ability before just making money. She is amazing you will not regret hiring her!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I one-on-one tutoring ranges from 75- to 125 / hr with The Anti-Tutor I can send a tutor for 45/hr My group tutoring and HW club is $45 daily 12 to 3pm or 3 to 6pm in Tarzana or Thousand Oaks- Walk-ins welcome!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with new families FREE of charge and help you to set academic goals. During this 1 hr session we take a look at what is working and what is not working academically. We set goals for the school year and address trouble areas. Once a student addresses his/her end goal motivation to excel.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have work in education for over 15 years . I ran the learning center at Los Angeles Pierce College and trained tutors along with helping college students succeed in high drop rate classes.
